Tomorrow begins the Brazilian Gliding Championship.

Amanh� na madruga tiro um dos Aeroboeros, perfeitos, cheirosos por dentro e por fora, j� escolhi o mais cheiroso para mim haha..

Tomorrow at dusk I`ll take one of the Aeroboeros, smelly inside and out, I`ve chosen the most scenty for me hahahar..

..e saio voando clicar nosso sol, o sooool de cada dia..
..And I`ll go flying, to click our Sun, our Suuuuun of everyday..

...sobre o cheiro dos avi�es leves: avi�o feito de madeira e tela, e principalmente a tela (mesmo que as asas sejam de aluminio, como os Boeros...) t�m um aroma indescrit�vel e completamente t�pico: nada cheira como aquilo..

About the smell in light airplanes: an airplane made from wood and fabric, specially because of the fabric (even when the wings are metalic, like the argentinian Boeros....) have un undescribable scent, completely special:nothing smells like this..

L��� atr�s nos posts do Campeonato Mundial, Finl�ndia, tem umas fotos do DC 3 q apareceu l� e que o aroma da cabine de comando me deixou emocionado.. n�o � o mesmo cheiro, � cheiro de avi�o antigo, met�lico, couro, gasolina e o escambau..

Back in the posts of the World Championship in Finland there are photos of the DC 3 that landed there, in which the smell of the cockpit made me remind childhood.. this is not the same smell of the fabric planes, is only smell of an old metalic airplane, leather, gasoline and it all..

Os avi�es cuja fuselagem � coberta com tela, dope, emuls�o de alum�nio e tinta aeron�utica t�m o aroma �NICO dos avi�es leves; ultraleves n�o t�m cheiro nenhum, VLAs n�o t�m cheiro de nada, Cessnas velhos t�m cheiro de estofamento mofado; Paulistinha (CAP 4), J-3, PA 18, Citabria, Aeronca e os Boeros t�m o cheiro da avia��o pioneira, da inf�ncia do v�o... issa�...

The planes in which the fuselage is covered in fabric, dope, aluminium emulsion and aeronautical paint have this UNIQUE scent of the light aiplanes: ultralights don`t have any smell, Very Light Aiplanes (VLAs) smell like nothing. Pipers J-3 and PA-18, Citabrias, Aeroncas and the Boeros have the smell of pioneer aviation, of the childhood of flying.. That`s it!
