o halo solar n�o � um arco-�ris (formado por gotas de agua...) mas � formado por part�culas de gelo que est�o alinhadinhas todas na mesma dire��o.. ar muito est�vel l� em cima; por isso � raro...o gelo est� l��� no cirrus que a gente nem v�..

fantastinen...The solar halo is not a rainbow (which is a refraction in water droplets..), but instead is due to ice particles all orientated in the same direction.. the air seems to be very stable up there: that`s why it is so rare... ice particles are up there whithin the cirrus clouds, invisible now..
